Mount Abu AGM 2016
The Annual Conference was held at Abu Road from 26-28 March 2016 wherein 28 members attended from all over the country. Apart from Servas business there was keen interaction amongst the members including a song & dance session. The members embarked on a day trip to Mount Abu where they visited the beautiful Dilwara Jain Temples, Brahma Kumari Ashram and Nakki Lake. Some members also visited the Ambaji Temple complex

Karwar Conference 2017
Karwar Meet 2017
The annual conference at Karwar was held from 17-19 March, 2017 wherein 34 members attended from all parts of the country. 
Elections for a new committee were held at the AGM WHEREIN Shri Abhay Shaha was elected as the new National Secretary along with Shri Mahesh Sharma (Deputy N S ), Shri Avinash Shirode (President), Shri (Dr) Ulhas Joshi (Hostlist Coordinator) and Shri Manish Jain (Newsletter Editor). A proposal was also discussed to register Servas India as a legal entity and to levy a nominal continuity charge (subscription) on members. 
 
There was a cultural evening programme with members interacting amongst themselves, singing and dancing. Members also enjoyed excursions to the beautiful beach located at a 5 minutes walk from the venue. Some members also undertook visits to the Murudeshwar Temple, Gokarna temples and Dandeli Wild Life Sanctuary
Jalna Conference 2017
Jalna Meet 2017
The Jalna meet was hosted by Servas India member Shri Vijat Bagadia. 34 members attended from all parts of the country. 
As part of Servas business a lengthy and healthy debate took place on the levy of Continuation fees (as proposed at Karwar meet, with a decision being finally taken to go ahead with the same. The website of Servas India was set rolling with Servas India member Rupali Memane’s efforts in the matter being appreciated and applauded by all attendees present.

There was a cultural evening programme with members interacting among themselves, singing and dancing. Members also enjoyed an excursion to a research centre for vegetable seeds using latest technology. Members also enjoyed time at the pool
Panchgani Conference 2018
Panchgani AGM 2018
The annual conference at Panchgani was held from 21-23 December, 2018, at the beautiful MRA Centre (an international conference centre) wherein 42 members attended from all parts of the country. Two International members viz. From Russia and Great Britain, also attended the meet 
As part of Servas India business, the proposals to register Servas India as a legal entity and to levy a nominal continuity charge (subscription) on members (finalised at the Jalna meet) was approved unanimously after a lengthy and healthy debate. 

There was a cultural evening programme with members interacting among themselves, singing and dancing. Members also enjoyed the ealy morning session organised by the wonderful MRA Center staff and trekked to the sunrise point to view the beautiful rising sun.
Chittaurgadh Conference 2019

Chittaurgadh AGM 2019
The annual conference at Chittaurgadh was held from 8-10 November, 2019 wherein 54 members attended from all parts of the country. 
Elections for a new committee were held at the AGM wherein Shri Abhay Shaha was reelected as the new National Secretary along with Shri B M Doddaiah (Deputy N S ), Shri Avinash Shirode (President), Shri (Dr) Ulhas Joshi (Treasurer), Shri Hiren Goradia (Hostlist Coordinator), Shri Ravindra Verma (Newsletter Editor) and Mrs (Dr) Hamsavahini Singh (Peace Secretary). A proposal was also discussed to set up a youth wing of Servas India. 

There was a cultural evening programme with members interacting amongst themselves, singing and dancing. Members also enjoyed an excursion to the beautiful Chittaurgadh Fort and attended a Lights & Sounds Show there. A trip to a village had also been organised and was thoroughly enjoyed by attendees.
